I struggle a lot to sleep anyway and more so I'd the environment isn't 100% right. So it's been a while. But I think the last time was taking 4 times my dose of antidepressants which were given as they help with sleep. 17 or so hours of sleep.

Last night. And my dreams were so vivid, it was insane. I was playing drums, and as I was waking up, I could hear the sound of the drums fading as I came back to reality. So fucking weird... I've never experienced that before
