When would you clasify a photo as a nude?

Basically, would you count obvious flirty shirtless selfie or is actual genitals the nude? Would you also count cropped out photos or parts hidden behind pictures?

its not a nude. since male chest bared is not classed as nudity.
but not going to lie, never met a decent dude who felt the need to do this...

Its honestly more of an argument with a friend. Dumb I know. But I said something similar. It's basically a thirst picture, but not an actual nude.

exactly. it tends to be the "i'm an asshole here's a naked torso, that means you'll actual send me nudes next!" thirst picture. At least, that has only been the experience I've had with them.

No, I wouldn't expect nudes off something like that. Its basically an old thirst trap photo. And that's what I tried to tell him. The picture mightve been too much , in hindsight, still.
