It can be annoying because you have to get yourself to get through the craps and any other nuisances you may be feeling in order to engage in the sexual activity. However I believe nature gives us a sexual desire increase for a reason. Giving into the sexual desire will hopefully result in an orgasm. This releases endorphins which will ease pain and soothe. Also an orgasm will create contractions in the uterus which will actually help shed the uterine line faster. And as I alway have said with a menstrual Disc in place women who dont like the mess of period sex will no longer have to worry since the disc will collect the blood while still allowing penetration.
