Self control. I don't think about any specific thing, but I exercise self control over what's currently going on. That means instead of going for the pot of gold, I change positions often, change speed often, take a "break" from penetration and pull out to kiss her lips and other places of her body and/or use toys for a while, take a pause while deep inside and focus on what I can feel inside of her instead of thrusting (you'd be surprised at how erotic it is and how much "detail" can be felt through the penis when you're not moving inside of her), if I'm particularly more sensitive on a given day, I'll focus heavily on pleasuring her with my mouth, tongue, fingers, hands, toys, etc. everywhere and anywhere and do less penetration. One way is to not 'tense up" with the penis, in that a guy needs to relax and not concentrate on holding a hard erection. THAT alone will trigger a premature ejaculation.
