I know what wbcs are and i didn't think that they would be present in semen. But they are present everywhere in the body so i guess semen too. But the quantity if wbc in semen is very low, not enough to say it constitutes semen. Semen, mainly is: prostatic and seminal vesicular flyids plus sperm cells ( millions) . in fact if wbc, in semen is kinda elevated, that increases chances of infertility.
