it’s quite the opposite to be honest.
when guys have sex with a different girl for the first time, chances are he’ll last much shorter in bed. citing [1], “ males reduce their investment in sperm quantity or quality upon repeated matings with the same female and increase such investment when mated to a novel female.” similarly, “when males were exposed successively to the same female six times, we saw no change in ejaculate parameters between the first and sixth exposures to the same female. however, ejaculate volume and total motile sperm count significantly increased when males were exposed to a novel female. time to ejaculation also decreased significantly upon exposure to a novel female. thus, our results suggest that human males ejaculate more quickly and invest more in ejaculates with novel females”.

Brand new, as opposed to used? You could have worded this better. But to answer your question. If you’re sleeping with someone for the first time, you may be a little nervous. Which would make it more difficult to finish.

For most guys, the first time is the shortest. For myself the more I am physically attracted to a woman the faster it is (generally speaking). A new female shouldn't effect length of time until orgasm.
