13 45i think it pretty much equally ruins the live of the person that suffers from it.
Emotional rape would be worse, but being falsely accused I think would be worse, you would get sent to jail/ prison for something you didn't even do, where most likely you'll be getting raped.
Both are worse one which impacts a girl physically and mentally but she gets some kindness and support.
But once a guy is falsely a cussed of rape
He looses everything his job his status his reputation his image nobody would talk to him everybody would raise fingers kids will be afraid he will be like banished 3ven though staying together even family would go separate ways its lot of psychological pain
And you know if a person is raped he or she knows that somethings need to be worked and recover none the less it's hard and weighs heavily on mind and soul. If you are physically strong you can defend yourself and escape But also being falsely accused without any doing i mean you won't even know why or how the person would be framed and how to fight it. How will a person escape blaming and being framed horribly horrible without a way out even if he is proven Not guilty nobody will view him the same and try to maintain distance just why to take risk.
You're only highlighting the kindness that the rape victim receives. You're ignoring the trauma and ostracization she will face after being raped (in many parts of the world, it is STILL the norm to distance oneself from rape victims, or even shame them by saying she was asking for it or that she's impure). Also, most rapists don't wear a condom so the woman is often left pregnant, and in places without abortion laws or with conservative societies, she won't be able to get rid of the baby. She'll have to raise her rapist's child, often by herself. Fuck dude, this is rape we're talking about. Think for a second what you're comparing.
I haven't compared it I just kept few points and i have never said that they wong face trauma but you are proving my point a few good people like you would definetly give her the aid she needs at least in some way a little moral support. But think as well if you were accused of rape and sentenced without even doing so it would be also very bad it destroys the guys life if you think practically she can get a second chance but there is no chance for rapists and it shouldn't be given as well so think if someone is falsely accused his life is gone all left is shame and it is traumatic for the innocent people a black mark throughout life without even doing anything.
Being falsely accused of rape - definitely. Because that will destroy your life forever - your carreer prospects, your education, everything. You might as well kill yourself there and then, because after the event, even if you are cleared, you will forever be remembered as a rapist, while being raped is hopefully a one off terrible experience and then you can recover, work on the PTSD.
Both. It can do some real damage psychologically.
It can cause:
Rape: Fears anxiety, trust issues, rage, guilt, feeling dirty, feeling worthless, avoiding people and social gatherings etc.
Accused of rape: Fears anxiety, trust issues, rage, anger, not trusting women, afraid being accused again, avoiding meeting new women etc.
I'm pretty sure being raped is worse.

They're both really bad, but I'd imagine being raped is worse. But going to jail/prison for something you didn't do, losing your job, friends and family potentially hating you, is pretty bad, too, so maybe it's decently comparable, I don't know.
being falsely accused of rape... because if i'm accused of rape... my life is over, i'm a friggin PRISONER at that point... you get fired from your job, whatever scholarships you have are gone and even if you're ruled innocent, they dont come back... then the false accuser has no consequences, but ruined another person's life on a whim...
rape is serious traumatic experience, but at least your life isn't simply legally and finantiallly over...
I think being raped is worse. They are both bad but the rape can't be undone. If you prove your innocence when falsely accused you can recover to some degree
I think a false accusation is worse. There's no therapy to recover from that trauma. Especially if you have to do time.

I mean they're both a kick in the nuts. Probably being falsely accused, at least if you claim you were raped you get some sympathy.
That's a tough one. But I'm going to go with been raped. That been said, both can cause lots of damage to people.
Be specific about being falsely accused. Anyone can be falsely accused but doubted or convicted. So by comparison be falsely accused can not be worse or can be worse. Because if you do get convicted after being falsely accused, you are going to face more prison rape for decades. And even after being free, you will not know where to go.
