Being a well endowed man isn't a huge issue, although it certainly invites a lot of teasing and extreme jealousy from men who are aware of your anatomy. Admittedly, a woman can't handle a particularly large member on a daily basis - so that's another situation. I can't wear certain shorts and pants without looking silly, and more than one girlfriend has stayed with me specifically for the sex (whilst avoiding telling me that things aren't working, otherwise). However, I would imagine that they would be more difficult to live with, seeing as they are more noticeable, and would get in the way more often.

Probably hurt's women's back if they have large boobs, especially if they are small or thin/petite framed.
