  Even if that's the case White supremacy isn't a bad thing. I know this term has been twisted to refer to racist ideology, but if you look up the definition of the word "supremacy" it has nothing to do with oppression. It just means that White people think they are better than others. You can think you're better without oppressing someone. White societies are the best, that's why everyone migrates to White country. To me the flag represents pride, not opression. So it's not shit and we're not past that at all. I'm kind of surprised after seeing your comment on my Black Nationalist question.

  @KostasKouvalis I have done plenty of research to know that that flag is still offensive and what it means. It's the same as using the N word, because that is offensive and we grew up learning that, we didn't change the meaning of what we were saying when we used it, we stopped using it. That flag is the same. It's a flag, a bit of material, I'll create a new one for you!

  @KostasKouvalis That's where we differ, I guess I'm just a nice person haha. I do hate that though, I definitely care about others feelings when there's probably no need. For this situation however, I just wouldn't use the flag. No other country except the USA uses flags as much, in the UK the only ones with flags are gov buildings and the odd persons house, same with Australia, very few people care for that.

  Well, I agree with that. Conservative Americans especially are obsessed with flags to the point where it gets ridiculous. At my work there's literally a list of like 12 things on how to treat the flag properly. One of my coworkers said she had to evacuate due to a fire and she took the flag down😂 I'd never risk my life for a piece of fabric.

  If the flags are "weather proof" yes😂 I think the "illuminating it at night" is another ridiculous one. And for real, if y'all had to take your flags down everytime it rained, it wouldn't be flying much at all😂 I honestly don't know who came up with all this nonsense. One thing that's important to understand however is these aren't laws, but more something Conservative Americans/Nationalists will scold you for.

  The irony of all that however is that defaced the flag by adding Police Lives Matter stripes which according to their own rule book violates flag ettiqute.   Yeah, my views align most with Moderate Conservatives. I don't support any of that woke bullshit from the left, but I'm same time I'm also no prude and there are a lot radical Conservatives that piss me off with their ignorance of other cultures/countries. I've defended Iran before even. There's one on here who thinks every country and I mean literally every country that isn't the US is a shithole.
