5-6 inches is normal/average
and 4-7 is what you could normally expect from a random person.
it should be noted that 4-7 is quite a difference, 7 is almost twice 4.

anything outside these are a rarity and the dudes claiming 8"nor 9" are usually bsing

Globally 6 inches I believe. I varies a fair amount in every population with the exceptions of racially homologous countries. Asians are all tiny. Most blacks are a half inch to a full inch bigger than whites.

and how do you know the average size for a Korean guy is 4 inches? I know one Korean guy who I know is definitely bigger than that, because we played sports together and changed in the same locker room. he was one of the biggest guys in my college too, so maybe it has more to do with body size. but I doubt any of those studies saying x race has x length

@startingfitness The only one I saw that had medically verified numbers (as in Dr. dick measure) compared Nigerians to Koreans. Different races have different physical characteristics. I'm Hispanic, most Hispanics are short, I've seen towering figures as well. These numbers obviously won't apply to every individual. Some smaller cultures have much more pronounced differences physically. In Africa long ago lived a group of people that put kids "stuff" into wooden devices designed to elongate said "stuff". Strange instances like this occur all over the world. Why do you sometimes see white people with long, hooked, almost beak like noses that don't occur in other populations? Asians often have broad, flat noses. This is due to genetic separation. We are all human, but certain traits only occur in decedents of certain people. Blue eyes are an example of this, few people of African descent share this ancestor, therefore it's extremely rare to share this trait. I have a bleeding disorder, Caucasians, or descendants of Caucasians, have these more than any other race. It dosen't mean anybody with a white gran-daddy is gonna turn into a fountain when injured, it just means they are more likely too. Likely because of my native American great grandmother, I have long gangly limbs/ fingers. This doesn't mean every person of the northern tribes had/has them, just her, some of her kids, and at least one grandson.

the sample sizes of any of those studies are far too small to make any real correlation. not to add to the fact that most of the studies of countries with higher averages were self -reported. in general your limbs and extremities are of similar proportion throughout all races of people. so it would appear that body size is the controlling factor. its also the one factor that is the most scientifically backed. anyway, if you want to really remove doubt, you can just google big (insert race) d*ck across , and follow it by small (insert race) d*ck for the same. just say no homo beforehand xD
