Squatting. I just love the how it looks. It's like full exposure. I like to use my hands to hold her buttocks in place while I thrust. Yup, I even like doing the work from the bottom :| lol, at least sometimes. It makes it easier on her thighs too, I understand it is not the easiest position to hold. Also bending that way pushes all the good stuff closer together.
Squatting is great but it is usually short lived. Kneeling takes a little more talent to get a good movement going without being lazy. Best is to be energetic while kneeling and then for a nice finale shift to squat and finish it off.
