I know this is a topic that is incredibly difficult to discuss. But I read a lot of articles about it and recently talked about it with my friends. I only want talk about the physically sexual side of it.
In college, I was a cheerleader, my fellow girls on the team were all white, but the football players of the team were mixed 50/50. In highschool I only had white bf's because I have a conservative, tbh racist father and very little black classmates. In college, there were a couple of black guys on the football team who were stronger built, better players and also more arrogant then the rest. And it was the first time I felt so sexually attracted to guys, without liking them personally. Of course I hooked up with them as they noticed I was an easy tatget to pick up.
I always thought it was just my personal preference but I've read so much stuff about this situation. Of course I first thought it was bullshit, especially this black breeding stuff. But I recently asked all my friends who used to be cheerleaders, and they all, pure physically, prefer black guys. I then asked a couple colleagues and also they said that pure physically, they feel more attracted to black men. I personally think that our instinct makes us prefer black men who are genitically mostly more athletic, well endowed, ... But of course, genes aren't the only thing + in most situations, you need more than physical attraction to have sex.

Perhaps it's just a matter of those that stand out draw the most attention? For example, my girlfriend is Colombian and she said she's always had a bit of a thing for white guys. Not to the point of having a fetish or anything, but there was just a bit of a draw there.
So if you compared her to other women (especially in Colombia itself), she might be the target of gossip just because nobody else is noticed due to "sticking within their race".
That, or maybe the stereotype is having some sort of conscious or unconscious effect on what draws you in? Nothing wrong with it of course, but just for the sake of understanding how you tick :)

Signed up just to reply. This is actually an easy one. Yes kabooms is spot on in saying personality is class and then culture plus experience/up bringing. Anyway no one mentioned the science of smell. If you ever sleep next to a family member they will smell horrible in the morning because they are very genetically similar in that they have the same risks for the same defects. Our noses find those with diverse or different immune systems attractive and often smell good. So white women like black Men physically because thier offspring may have strong diverse genes to fight off many ailments and progress in natural selection. I also would like to suggest this as an explanation as to why many same race/culture couples often don't experiment because at some point having kids is good but that person may not be what your genes desire so you might not like oral or the taste of cum or you just taste bad and need to eat pineapples. Some one mentioned peaches but pineapples really work for me.

You're really irrelevant. Didn't you just see me say MOST from MY personal experience? I don't have to like black guys. Just because white guys see you as that, doesn't mean the same for me.
As a black guy that doesn't really fall in this category personality wise, I will say that this personality is more a product of class than race. If you run around acting a fool, it's because that's the environment you grew up in, not because of any aspect of your skin color. That said, us black people as a group are more represented in lower classes so that personality will be more common than not but that is a byproduct of class, not race. The ones who find themselves in a higher class know for damn sure you can't act a fool and be respected when you are in a class where that behavior is not tolerated. Therefore, those in a higher class tend to represent this personality less. As for your physical dislike, some of this is probably preference and some is probably projection of your own justifiably negative feelings about personality (you have the right to dislike certain personalities) being associated with people who look a certain way.
Funny though. Black women also have a negative stereotype associated with them. How would you feel if men painted all black women with the same brush?

Yes, you are entitled to whatever you want. But don't get angry when a man says the same thing towards you based on your most criteria. You also took it a step further and made a critical judgement against blacks when the take made no suggestion for you to comment on what YOU thought of black men. Ergo it was an unnecessary attack against black men with no provocation.
