Depends on the settings
When I go to the sauna/spa everyone there sees me naked and I see them naked, but there is nothing sexual about it so it doesn't bother me.
In a sexual way only my partner's get to see me naked.
And I've been with close friends (semi) naked getting dressed up for parties or having sleepovers.

My mom, sisters, and very close female friends (tho not fully naked) and I'm pretty sure it's the same for almost all girls. Some just have a SO added to that list, you won't get much different answers

The only person allowed to see me naked is me and my husband. Not even my mom has seen me naked, not since I learned to shower on my own. I am a very private person. And seeing by body is a privilege that's given to very few.

My husband everyday, my GP AND GYN, my sister my mom and aunts, other girls at the gym when it was open , the guy at the Dry Cleaners who cleans my clothes for free, and the garbage man because he is cute and I pretend to be a dirty whore. The last two are not true.
