To answer this, I need to give some background information.

Sex drive, in both women and men, is linked to testosterone levels. Now, of course, men generally have higher plasma concentrations of testosterone. However, in women, a little testosterone goes a long way.

Average (total) testosterone levels in adult males and females are as follows:

Female: ~ 15 - 95 ng/dL

Male: ~ 200 to 1000 ng/dL

Some women have higher sex drives than both men and other women, depending on how you define “higher”.

In nutshell it is based on individual person rather than based on Gender.

It´s impossible to say. I thought I was horny at times but then I´ve met many girls who I´ve been with and they got suuuuper horny when we got to bed. I guess it depends on the person and the situation. It´s like asking which one tastes better apples or oranges...
