Why are American white girls sluttier than European white girls?

I am originally from the UK and I have lived in France and Germany. Girls in Western Europe are not as slutty as girls in America. No offense but why are white girls in America sluttier? I have seen girls in winter dress in boots and shorts and a jacket. In the UK girls do not dress this way even if its not very cold. Girls dress a lot more conservatively. Secondly, girls in Europe do not sleep around as much as American girls. They tend to engage in less casual sex and friends with benefits. I notice very many girls in the USA pursue hook-ups and casual open non exclusive dating/relationships.

I think it's mostly stylistically "sluttier". It seems like a lot of girls are trying to meet the hip-hop standard of sexiness (unfortunately). So you see the common combination of leg-hugging yoga pants and the "boots wit da fur."

I'm not here to tell women what or what not to wear, but I do have my opinions of it. Completely trashy IMO. You don't go into work wearing that pants-boots combo and the word "juicy" printed on your ass and expect people to take your seriously. This is for the exact same reason you don't see stock brokers and lawyers with chains and "grills" unless they are part of some garbage MTV "reality" show.

As for actual sex, I hear it's very much the other way around from what you say. Though as far as casual sex is concerned, our dating rituals in the US are basically an archaic method for men to find "submissive baby-makers" and women to find "wallet bodyguards". So I'd imagine people would be willing to jump at the chance to dodge all that and just get to the point.

I probably sound VERY anti-American. I just hear about cultural differences between the US and Europe all the time. And generally, in almost every sense, Europe seems to have a better handle on what it means to be human. In Europe, naked bodies are normal, and violence is censored. In the US, violence is normal, and people go completely nuts if someone shows a boob. You know, mammaries, like what all freaking mammals have.

Also, the standard for guys is different here. Not sure how it is for girls here vs there. But it seems like basically any European men I know are more mild-mannered, perhaps more feminine, and that's perfectly okay. They have a better balance of masculine and feminine characteristics.

Here, if a guy is too mild, expressive, happy, or sad, he's a boring loser and everyone wonders where all the "real men" went. You know, the "real men" on MTV who do "manly" stuff like chest-thumping.

They're not slutty. They're sexually liberated. You do realize that women get horny and like men and would rather have sex than masturbate all the time. If a woman wants to engage in casual sex, that's her choice, but it doesn't make her slut. She simply has desires and wants to relieve it without commitment. European girls do casual sex just as much. I've been to France and stayed in Nice. Went to a bar near the beach and got several numbers. I got a blowjob on the beach.

So just drop this slut bullshit, we shouldn't shame women for enjoying sex. After all, if she doesn't get a STD or pregnant, who is she hurting? Pleasure is pleasure.

I've actually heard the opposite. That girls in Europe are more open about sex and do it more often but I'm not sure. I've heard mixed opinions

Uh... I think it's the opposite actually. Most women in the US for have sex outside of committed relationships.

Also, being from the UK you don't have much room to talk when your women dress like this all the time:

and I've seen them dress like this in real life, too (I worked in the tourist industry at Orlando). Of course every nationality had scantly clad women and sluts, but the British women were the easy majority.
