They don't drink much milk or dairy products (seriously).
And I live in South Korea; they are very rare here. I've seen maybe only one Korean woman in two years who was bigger than a C cup, and she was six feet tall and over 200 pounds. But even mist of the chubby Korean women don't have big boobs.

In general they are more petite than other women. Also comes down to genetics.

Thick women usually have boobs, while its rare that skinny women do. There's a lot of thick Asian women.
