Why are men more "touchy" after sex?

Why do guys get all touchy feely and wanting too much contact or hugs after sex. Is it to be nice to the girl to ensure more sex or is it just what guys do? Why?

well, they probably want the physical contact to persist because it's pleasant. and comforting. and sure, being close to your partner is likely to improve chances of sex in the future. i think the physical closeness is something both genders enjoy- not something guys expressly use to get girls to... lower the defenses or whatever.

I'm that way because I feel especially close to her at that moment. I also like to talk about what just happened as sort of a way of reliving it and enjoying it again. The sadist in me will sometimes like to play a bit rough with something very sensitive like a nipple I manhandled. My ladies enjoy it as well.

IMHO men are more touchy after sex because at that moment there is enough familiarity between partners. They had sex, thus he can explore a bit more without having to be afraid getting turned down and spoiling the evening.

To me, it depends on the girl. If she's all cuddly after sex, I'll let her snuggle up next to me. If she isn't, then it's all good.

Sadly it's not a myth, and yes it means you are lucky. Most guys will only be all snuggly and touchy feely after sex if they really like u a lot. If he's doing it with you, be grateful. It means he really likes you.

Not sure what you are talking about. The only time i have done that is for the girl given I heard they like to cuddle afterwards. But in general, guys are done afterward and tend to fall asleep.

Maybe girls are just doing it for guys and guys just doing it for girls and nobody really cares about hugging after lol. Because I don't really care about it, could even say I kind of dislike it. And it's looking like men don't like it either...
