I oddly have to lean a  slight  bit towards agreeing with you, yeah. I have a very good female friend who tells me that all the guys on her job are exactly what you just described too.  All  of them want the girl to do cowgirl and everything in bed, but they don't want to do anything for the girl. I gotta say this is hella weird. I am very dominant and like to be on top, and I like to break the woman down sexually and dick her brains out. So hearing guys saying they want the girl to do everything in bed actually makes me cringe, it just seems so strange.  Don't get me wrong , there is sex that is great where the woman is dominant, like deepthroat. But to want the woman to do  every thing is just extremely strange to me as a man. But, apart from that, I think part of it might also be a  little  bit of psychological concern in these guys. Because men being assertive or flirtatious with women nowadays ends up in a guy either getting investigated by HR, or she starts whining that he made her "uncomfortable" and tells everybody about it and it humiliates him. So on the other hand I would say some of this pussy-ness with men may be because they've been made to feel afraid about being assertive with women, which would also cause them to develop a subconscious attitude that they should do nothing and let the woman work for it/come after it if she really wants it.
