Sexual Health Why are so many young teen girls claiming to be lgbt?

Members of these communities have always existed but they seem to be disproportionately represented in young teen girls. You do get teen boys who are but their numbers are similar to other age groups, its definitely a girl thing. Personally I think they're just jumping on the bandwagon because they think it's trendy and once they're older and had a proper fuck they'll be cured.

Well, as a straight woman the thought of kissing a girl or eating pussy or fingering (eww) completely repulses me to the point that I could throw up if I thought about it. So I don’t know if it is possible for a straight woman to behave that way if they didn’t have some inclination towards women. Maybe they just are like that and 20 years ago people just weren’t as comfortable to open up about it because they would be shunned.
I teach middle school. No bigger lemmings out there-herd think-than middle school girls. When Gay Marriage was a big issue then all the 6th grade girls were running around calling themselves Lesbians. Then the Trans thing hit-now half the six grade girls are calling themselves "trans men". Most have ZERO male energy and just dress like guys and get guy haircuts and insist on using all the made up pronouns or plural pronouns. Just another middle school fad. Many call them "Trans-tenders" (as in pretenders) or "Trans-trenders". Its almost all girls-I've never seen a middle school boy do this.
It's more acceptable nowadays to be lgbt. Most of these girls would have been judged harshly back in the day. The reason more men don't also join is because there's more of a stigma against bi men then bi girls (and other lgbtq categories)
When someone doesn't have a real life, they'll cling on to everything to make themselves feel special.
