Why is it that most women in general are absolutely comfortable getting naked / topless , kissing/cuddling another woman naked? While men can rarely do anything with other men.
Women are more likely to be bisexual. Or even heteroflexible.
Men are more likely to be homophobic and ashamed, even if they're gay.
Mostly it's media's fault.
Women were/are hypersexualized (so are men, but less often). Women on women is sexualized and hyped up. Many young women feel pressured to play into these tropes - for sapphics, it's natural. For straights, they know men will find them hotter if they make out with another woman - performative lesbianism is unfortunately a thing.
Men on the otherhand were used as tools to spread homophobia. Being called gay was an insult and many men base their egos on their perception of masculinity, which is flimsy and fragile. A man crying with joy is enough to shatter their concept of manhood. So they bluster and call each other gay, and the ones who ARE gay often find themselves trapped between outrageously protesting their own orientation or facing being juged and ostracised by other men who fear "the gay".
But also, no dude. Women don't just randomly strip and sex their platonic friends. No one really does that. And if they claim they do, they're not platonic friends. They're fuckbuddies.
But most straight women have at least at some point kisses another woman , grabbed another woman's boobs and at least talked about each other's pussy
Don't know about others. But I personally am not a touchy person or someone who's comfortable being closer more than an arms distance. I'm just naturally this way. I kinda get awkward even when my own mother hugs me. Or even when a child does it.
So obviously i never reciprocate when my female friends are just being touchy in a friendly way. Yes I agree GENERALLY girls/women are more likely to do this/comfortable with doing this.. compared to men.

Yes I know girls aren't bisexual or bi curious , but they're still very comfortable getting naked in front of eachother, hugging/cuddling/kissing eachother , touching each other's boobs etc... While men rarely would do anything with another man, unless he is gay

Women are not nearly as homophobic as men are.
Women aren't seen as predators, so the physical affection they show is not nearly as often conflated with sexual behavior. And because of mysoginy, women are already seen as weak. Men, as long as they don't behave femininely, are seen as strong. But homosexuality is often conflate with femininity. So, there's 2 big reasons for men not to want to be seen showing each other physical affection.
