Why can't more men have multiple orgasms like women?

Most likely because it wasn't biologically necessary.

Early humans likely engaged in mating practices where one female would mate with multiple males in a row. There is a theory that the male penis evolved its shape specifically for this reason, to scoop out the semen of rival males.

Assuming this to be true, then men wouldn't need multiple orgasms; we would leave our entire "deposit" on the first try. The woman, on the other hand, would be more inclined to continue the process if she was able to enjoy multiple orgasms, from the successive men.

Of course, that's just my theory, but scientists have questioned the actual evolutionary purpose behind the female orgasm, and that would be a pretty compelling reason, if you ask me. I feel like it supports my theory.

Because few are willing to put in the effort; once is enough for them. Also, many (at least here in the States) no longer have the equipment; you can't manipulate a frenulum you no longer have. I'm told (I have no experience here) that prostate stimulation can do the same thing (among other stuff), but few guys are willing to experiment, and few women willing to help (or at least admit to it).

I wonder if gay guys have better odds, or if social expectations (or just personal preferences) lead to more defined roles among THEM, too, and don't improve things in that direction. Hmm...

It’s more an exception to the rule. But sometimes if I’m extremely aroused, I can ejaculate again anywhere between about 20 seconds to within 5 minutes from the first time. But like I said, it’s more an exception. Under normal circumstances, I usually have a refractory period of between 30 min to a couple of hours in between if it’s all night sex.

My theory is when women have multiple orgasms your vaginal canal will pull it will grab it'll expand and contract it creates like a suction motion I believe it helps can help pull semen into the cervix don't quote me but as for men our whole point of a orgasm is to impregnate a woman we don't need to have multiple orgasms for that we just need to have one and done.

Our physiology is very different from yours. Our orgasms are linked with ejaculating, and once you ejaculate it's pretty much over. It is possible to unlink your orgasm from ejaculation and then have multiple orgasms. But that takes a lot of practice and self-control.

I think it is because orgasming isn't necessary for women. You can give birth to 15 children and never orgasm. It's not needed, it's extra. Because of that, there are no biological rules about it. The idea of a woman's orgasm does nothing for procreation. It wouldn't be that unusual if women couldn't orgasm. Sex feels good regardless of orgasm. So you could enjoy sex and never orgasm and it wouldn't be a problem.
