I'm mocking your ridiculous question. I doubt you're a 10/10 so maybe you shouldn't expect that from women. And that's true, because men can choose to work out to become muscular, whereas women can't work out to get big boobs. (In fact if they work out their boobs will more likely get smaller because of having less fat.)

I know its just fantasy, buy good lord would it be nice if real girls could have anime boobs. I have no expectations that it will be more common, and if someone tried to make it happen feminists would whine and project about how these girls would get back pain like a good bra could not help them.
