In the modern society there shouldn't be any of this prejudice. But I can tell you why that was born. In the real past, when condoms wasn't really a thing, selection was more important for a woman. You could get pregnant and you wanted to get pregnant with the best male, the best genes you can afford. So evolution tell us that the best way for a woman to have the best prosecution of her genes was to be really selective, while instead for man the best thing was to get pregnant as many women as possible. Of course in modern society this is not a thing anymore, as we reason in a more constructed way, and is right to let everyone do what they want, as long as they pay attention and don't hurt anyone feelings
Part of the difference is the difficulty for any dude to manage to fuck even a decent portion of the cheerleading squad. If you think of you're school, it's entirely likely that literally ZERO guys there could pull it off. So if someone manages to get even a decent number, that would be QUITE an accomplishment.
Fucking most of the dudes on the football team however isn't much of an accomplishment. In fact, virtually 100% of the girls on the cheerleading squad could pull this off if they just wanted to. As well as a fair few other girls who aren't even on the squad. That's why it isn't admired as much. Because SO MANY PEOPLE could do it.

Yes, starting in the 1960s, birth control existed, and women sleeping with other men would not more-or-less automatically ensure a pregnancy - but in a biological sense, that's BRAND NEW, and biology and society have not had nearly long enough to incorporate this change into our instincts. Plus, BC is far from 100% effective - whether that's intentional (the woman not actually taking it) or accidental (not taking it properly, or it just not being effective for that woman), and, again, men are strongly motivated NOT to raise another man's children. And the law has no problem screwing over men in this situation, so there's still lots of reasons that people (including other women) don't accept women sleeping around.
Sad to say there is still a double standard that men spread their seed and women are very selective.
Sexual intercourse is very important to me. I love the good feelings that come from it as well as the connection I can have to a woman who's kind, down to earth, and natural. I like sex when I get it. I honestly could never grow tired of it or get enough. I don't and won't fault a woman for needing that fulfillment either. Why should she be bad somehow and yet a guy can do the same thing? A man and a woman laying down, sticking a penis inside a vagina, thrusting, inseminating, feeling each other, and making love should be celebrated as a beautiful act which should be cherished and respected. Not made fun of and regarded as dirty, slutty, pimped, etc.
