If you mean why do women take longer to get aroused I’d say they’re are a lot of reasons
- some men don’t know how to arouse women (they assume we’re the same and do whatever worked with last woman)

- women have lower levels testosterone so naturally libidos are lower

- there are a lot more social taboos about women and sex, so I think it takes women a lot longer to get passed those and to get to the point where they can just relax and enjoy

- most porn is targeted at men

- can’t speak for all but somewomen want more than sex and it’s more an emotional thing - so arousal isn’t just about attraction but also trust

It can't just be biology, because I can get horny on demand. Although, I won't unless it's my own demand.
