it's not about censorship or protecting anyone. they simply do not have the money to inspect every single post for tsa breaking indecency, so they put simple algorythms in place to solve those problems. it's not some sort of personal agenda. it's just reducing cost.

Do you really believe we are that stupid? How is having a discussion of important issues like abortion or anorexia a "clear and present danger"? It isn't, of course. But this kind of censorship certainly prevents the other side of the issue being discussed. That is what it is all about. It's the same reason that conservative groups get banned for discussions of constitutional rights but BLM, Antifa, Hamas, etc are allowed to literally organize riots on the platform without issue. It's how the Proud Boys are called a "white supremacist organization", despite the founder being mixed race and having black, Latino, and Asian members, but BLM's push for literal systemic racism (building systems that discriminate based on race) and racial segregation is perfectly acceptable. There are dozens of examples of the hypocrisy of these policies. Censorship always works this way, by design and by intention.

well those are different topics alltogether. with those topics, i agree that certain platforms do censor and push a certain agenda, which they're entiteled to, cause it's their platform. you're free not to use them. i was simply talking abou the actual question that was asked. and in this case it's simple lawsuit avoidance by using simple word filters.

YouTubers can’t even say the word child or sexual assault without YouTube striking their channel and demonetising their channel 3 strikes and they have their channel deleted same thing with IG you can’t say certain words on there without them removing your comment and threatening to delete your account even Pinterest is the same you mention anorexia and immediately your in trouble

word filters. you used the word horny. that's why you get banned. they can't afford paying someone who looks through content and only bans what's actually offensive or sexualized. so they'll just put an algorythm that automatically bans certain key words.
