Why didn't I feel anything when I kissed my crush?

So I've liked this guy for ages, for about 2 and a half years I think. Last night, I was drunk at a party and I sort of admitted my feelings for him and said I wanted to kiss him. When he did, I didn't feel anything. I always thought about kissing him but when it happened, I didn't feel warm, sparks didn't fly or any of that cliche shit. Was it because I was drunk, or do I not really like him?

Well, if you've been crushing on him and thinking about it for more than two years, it would be probably as astounding as you might have fantasized. If you like him, you still like him, even if you didn't have an orgasm the moment your lips touched. You've made a move, talk to him again when you are sober.

Might have been because you were drunk. Or you have fallen for the wrong person.

You played up that moment in your mind and made it to be this huge thing that it just won't be. You idolized and craved that moment for 2 YEARS. A kiss is a kiss. You should be excited for what's to come, although since you used alcohol as a crutch when admitting your feelings, he could take you less seriously. I know I would.
