    Contrary to what society has told us, women are overall stronger than men. The case for that statement (the proof) is presented very well in the book: "Are Women the Stronger Sex" by Josette Sona (free from many online bookstores). The only area where women may be weaker is in their upper body strength, which is why women will often use their legs when defending themselves - like kneeing a guy in the groin. And good for them. If we don't act like dicks, chances are our balls will be safe. ;)

Women are weaker in terms of explosive strength (speed/agility) because of fewer type 2 muscle fibers and a lower muscle to body weight ratio, have slightly worse endurance due to higher body fat/less hemoglobin in the bloodstream/smaller lungs and heart, have much worse strength (yes, even lower body strength), and have MUCH worse power output (force times velocity). The reason why women knee men in the groin and men don’t knee women in the groin basically boils down to the fact that we have to fight dirty to even have a chance at winning because of how far the balance is tipped in your favor. I’m all for girl power and everything, but this is just misinformation. And you talk about using it if a guy acts like an asshole. I’d only ever use it if I absolutely needed to. There’s literally no reason to kick guys in the balls just because they piss you off. Most mature women understand this, and I don’t think you have enough moral faith in us as a whole.
