They don’t.
Women use sex as a tool, a prize, a weapon, and entertainment.

Women will fuck random men without question when they are that top 1% of males who they all see as visually perfect. This is the “entertainment” side of sex.

Otherwise, they use sex as a tool, to entice men to spend money on them, protect them, provide for them, etc. all working towards that “ring” and then that almighty goal of “the wedding” which is more about the narcissistic day about them more than it is anything else.

So during that phase, sex is used to make you believe she is the perfect girl. That she enjoys sex and would be fun to have as a partner.

Once you give them the ring and wedding, they stop with the sex, except when it is used as a weapon and a prize to modify your behaviour.

For example: If you do what they want, they reward you by making sex available. If you don’t do what they want, they cut sex off and state it’s because they are “tired”, “not in the mood”, etc.

Female sex toys make 14 BILLION a year in sales. Women love getting off. They just do it alone or with “chads”... otherwise it’s a merit based program.

Sex impairs our focus and knocks us off balance. Us women are very holistic, and peak performance comes from balancing work, family, house, health, education, etc. Before we strike that balance, in our teens and early twenties, we can stay up every night until the early morning having sex because it's fun and there's no balance to offset. Once we grow up and accumulate responsibilities, we rely on our balance to keep the boat afloat. Sex threatens that, and as a result, stresses us out.

I will assume this is not a troll question, or maybe it is in which case "bring it on!".

We don't hate sex, in fact we probably enjoy it just as much as men do or maybe even more (ever wondered why 95% of sex toys are for women?). Please explain why you have that opinion because as a statement it is incorrect.

Your logic is a lot more than a touch off the mark on this one. We don't hate sex.  We like sex. We also have other things to do in our day besides have sex all the time.
