Why do girls bend over to show off in front of guys?

i used to think if a girl would flirt a lot with a specific guy, and bend over in front of him, that means a girl wants him to make a move, or at least be willing to give him her number. But a girl would do just that: flirt a lot, seemingly enjoy the sexual tension, and she would bend over right in front of me, peaking at me.

But when I asked for her number, she refused and stopped talking to me, and nothing came of it. So I have no clue why women will bend over in front of a guy, and do overtly sexual body language, knowing he's right there behind her, and will probably look. So why do girls do that?

This just happened to me less than an hour ago while leaving the beach, and I tried to think of it as a coincidence but I don't think that's the case. I'm not at all the flirting type, so for that to happen I was seriously caught off guard, and honestly I just tried to look away. What's the expected response for an action like this?

Some girls just do that to get attention, maybe compliments. Sometimes they just search a partner for one night without attaches. Not every girl does that though

But rejecting a guy and avoiding him after she actedlike that, it just seems weird. And it sort of threw off my "indication of interest" radar, after suddenly getting blown off after she acted like that: if that isn't an indication of interest, I have no idea what the heck is anymore. It's not like I did anything weird like grinding on her or whistling at her when she did that.

I know it's weird. Well, her interest can be stopped at having sexual interaction or attention... It's not the guys fault, only the stupidity of some girls

Does it sound like she just did that to be cruel? Or drawing guys in and rejecting them is empowering?
