I don´t think that will stop anyone time soon because guys mostly go after women that arouse them the most. So if the beauty ideal for women especially in porn doesn´t change it won´t change in major terms in reality either. As far as my experience many guys have the sexual favors they wanna try out from porn so as long as porn just shows perfectly shaped females at least some guys won´t sleep with other types of women. There are already guys that don´t just want to sleep with slim beauties these guys are a bit older and know what they want. They could be in a minority or just not very well known because they are not a coherent group.
