Well first of the first guy seems like a dunce. I wouldn't give him a second thought.
Second guy? It is fair to want some experience. Inexperience does not in any way mean less naughty, in fact people who remain virgins a little longer (in my very own biased experience) tend to be a little more naughty than normal.
Ultimately though they're both outliers and most guys won't react like that. So no need to give up on us yet. Just find one you like who likes you back the same.
Aaaand lastly, the whole too tight thing tends to have to do with being too nervous and not actually with the virginity itself. To be on the safe side, if you can have fun and feel good on your own you don't need to worry at all. If that is continually painful, its fairly common but warrants a doctor's visit.

As for guys not liking virgins. They probably see it as you will make them wait a long time or till marriage, and we're in a world where a lot of people have sex within a week of knowing each other. But never feel obligated to it's your body. Also virgins almost always get attached to the first person they have sex with, and they might just be looking for a little fun with no commitment
