For the same reason that some like fast cars, loud music, or anything that is "bigger, louder, more!" The theory that if something is good, then more of it must be better.

Here's the thing though: while big boobs are fun to look at, and are more noticeable and so they get noticed more, that's not what most men would actually pick for themselves in a world where women's bodies could be built like Legos. If that was how it actually worked, you'd probably see most guys walking around with a girl who was around a 34C - solidly MEDIUM in other words. Sure, you'd see some A-cups and you'd see some H-cups, but the majority would probably have girls with a B-to-D cup if they could "build" their girlfriend's body from parts. You'd probably be surprised how few would end up with the H-cups.
