Why do guys more than girls usually want to live out their sexual fantasies?

It seems like girls usually prefer to keep their fantasies as just fantasies. Or if they do live them out it’s just a one off thing. Whereas guys tend to want to live out their fantasies as often as possible. Why is there this difference? Or is there a difference?

  • I dont know about that i think girls want to live out there's to. And you 100% honest if you coukd yours would you for me the reason I want to do everyone of mine is not because of the kink it's because I get a chance to please someone with passion desire naughtiness I don't like having sex the same way twice if you were to stand in front if me on a line move to the right of the line and let me slowly. Start with the way I woukd kiss you slow and soft and the way my lips would go from your lips down your neck. Is slow motion now step to the left of the line in to a fantasy and I might reach down under ur knees pick u up. So u couldvwrap your legs around my hips as I pin you to the wall and how I'm going to kiss you and talk dirty it's not the kink I wsnt you to feel it's the energy with in and once I touch ur energy with mine there is a level of me that is so very hot and intence that you might not have ever felt from a guy ok you just read this what do you feel with in x's by 100 thst where i would want to take you. Sorry hope u under stand as I'm not proof reading lol

  • In our cultures, we raise women to be more sexually submissive as a general rule and therefore not as prone to take the lead sexually. Men are raised to be more the sexual initiators. For better or worse, I feel like men are much freer to express our sexuality physically than are women.

All this also lines up with the basic biology: males compete, females choose.

    • Interesting

    • Well... not quite. I mean you're saying "we're raised" as though it's all just happening in a vacuum, devoid of any causation, just because, when it's not-- what do you think are the reasons *why* that is the case?

  • I think some women do want to open up their fantasies and live them, it's just that we're told we're "being bad/naughty" for doing so. Or we just don't have anyone who wants to do it with us (as well as opportunity). Society kind of still wants to try to make women seem nonsexual in some ways still? I guess? Then again, society doesn't know what it wants anyway. But some guys on the other hand are told they're allowed to talk about sexual stuff and do them if they want to. That's why they might be more open. But a guy can still be shamed for it too just as bad as a woman could be.

  • My friend has a fantasy (usually we just joke about it) that involves a trenchcoat and a whip, and a good bit of roleplay. I don't think she'd ever want to live it out, we just like to joke about it and imagine it.
I think for girls, fantasy tends to mean "your wildest imagination" while for boys it maybe means "ideal situation". So, girls' fantasies might seem fun on paper, but not in reality, while guys just pick whatever they think would be pleasurable and slap it together into a fantasy.

    • Dont you have a sexual fantasy @KeziL

    • @arun934 not like that. the closest thing I have to a fantasy is just my ideal sexual experience, but that's like a normal thing and pretty vanilla, if I called that a fantasy to anyone they'd laugh.

    • Lol 😄 @KeziL

  • Because men's fantasies are culturally and socially acceptable. Women's aren't.

To explain what I mean by this: many men are into threesomes. Who actually cares if you have a threesome. It's more cool than anything else.
Many women have rape fantasies... do I need to explain why that won't work. And yes, you could do rapeplay with you SO, but even that's not really acceptable because it's borderline.

(There are other reasons too, but this is the one that I think applies most)

    • You raise a very interesting point

  • Clearly, the girls you know are very different from the girls I know... LOL.

  • Because finding a partner you trust enough to tell your fantasies to and never feeling judged as a woman, is hard af

    • Totally true

  • Girls are taught to repress their sexuality

    • True

  • I think it depends on how realistic the fantasy is, some of the ones female friends have told me are not quite so easy to put into place! but a lot of the male ones are pretty simple...

    • Interesting lol
