every time I masturbate I feel guilty after I do it. I'm normally very horny so I masturbate a lot and it feels good while I'm going it, but after, I feel bad and guilty. I enjoy doing it, and have been experimenting a little more with my body. But I just feel like so bad for doing it? How can I stop feeling this way?

I hear you. I always felt the same. Even though I am past my midlife, and I'm married, we sometimes can't overcome the urge. But I have NEVER felt good about it after doing it. It always hits me with the worst form of guilt for at least half a day.
I think deep down, we know and we are convinced it is wrong.

I used to be, but then I found out that it's a natural, healthy and common thing.
Oh my god your the female version of me. I get the same thing. It's probably because your think of what would they think of me if they saw me doing this. That's what I get and I still feel guilty
