May I suggest, ask him to do it again, this time make sure he's in all the way.
Bear the pain and possible blood. Once for all break your hymen (possibly still intact).
After that, you may pain for a week if he's rough. But it'll heal.
I know I sounded lack of understanding. But it's better to "get it done" than trying to figure out what happens to you with the unrest of mind.

Your hymen is only about 1" or so from the outer edge of your inner lips (labia minora), so it's not like he has to bury himself to the hilt to get to it.
