Why do I keep dreaming about my best friend literally every time I sleep in the last several days?

Even if it’s sleep for like a couple hours cuz my sleep is out of whack. It’s been mostly sex/wet dreams like a repeat of when we made love and I wake up with like aching down there that’s only relieved with masturbation. And then last night I had a dream about me and him hanging out, hugging and kissing. All of this is so unusual for me. All new lately

I think and feel like I’m in love with him too which isn’t anything new

He’s in a LDR with someone from online. I know he has feelings for me too AND obviously he’s attracted to me too, and he tells me he really deeply cares about me and loves me and he’d be with me if he wasn’t in that relationship. So it’s complicated. He does give me updates on it too sometimes when I talk to him
