There is a very common, and easily cured bacterial infection (I can't remember the name off-hand) the main symptom of which, is "smelling really bad down there". Particularily a powerful rotten fish smell. It's not a big deal, it's a matter of getting a cream or a pill or some-such from the doctor (maybe even just the pharmacy. I'm not sure).
But I DO know that it's very common, and a very easy quick fix. I'm sure a quick google search will give you the name. And any doctor or pharmacist will know right away if you just tell them your symptom (even without you knowing the name).
That would DEFINITELY be my first guess. It's very likely what's going on here. I guess it's technically an STI insofar as it can be passed back and forth between partners during sex (as far as I know there are no symptoms for males). So, if you've got a regular sex-partner, they also need to see the doctor, otherwise they'll just re-infect you.
Now, I am not sure if the ONLY way for someone to pick-this-up originally is through sexual transmission. It may not be. But it certainly WILL transmit sexually.
It's not really usually 'grouped' with other STIs. Or if it is, it's as an 'afterthought'. It's so common, and so easy to take care of, that it's not really comparable to most STIs (like don't think of it as 'oh shit, I got an STI' so much as "aahhh nuts, I got this stupid annoying inconvenient temporary infection I gotta get some medicine to get rid of"
Now, if it's NOT that, (and only a doctor is going to be able to tell you) then it's possible it's some other STI that isn't so simple to take care of, or it could be a random infection of some sort I'm completely unfamiliar with.
But until you rule it out, you should definitely assume that it's this common, easily treatable infection which has 'smelling really bad down there' as it's main (and possibly its only symptom).
So no need to freak-out.
No need to worry.
No need to stress.
Just take a trip to the pharmacy (and if they can't help you without a prescription, a trip to the doctors) and 'bing, bang, boom' you'll be smelling fresh as a daisy in no time. 🙂0 1 0 0

I would see your doctor or if your doctor is unavailable, go to an urgent care center. They will likely need to examine you and not just go off of symptoms that you describe. There are creams at the pharmacy but those are for vaginal yeast infections and it might not be that. There are other infections that are not yeast infections.

Depends, it could be a lot of things, pregnancy, hormones, ph imbalance, bad hygiene, your menstrual cycle. But if it's really, really bad and consistent you need to see a doctor as you probably have an infection.
0 0 0 0You could have an ongoing infection. You may need medication. Go see a doctor!

It is a matter of hygiene. Backwashed pee and vaginal mucus mix and create a fermenting environment. Thoroughly rinse your vulva and vagina (the hole) every time you pee.
