I don't think guys deny that the first group of girls exist (some might, but I don't think most do), but they are definitely aware that the second group of girls exists as well. Even if they aren't themselves the guys who sleep around, they know guys who are, and they know that those guys have no shortage of women who are interested in them.

Some women claim they do to hope an find acceptance for there own body count. Even men like this want to marry virgin women.
