Second aspect - do they want to form LTRs? Some do, some don't. Will they want to be in LTR with 10/10? Maybe yes, maybe no. Third - tastes change. Some guys I know prefer a chubby girls now while they wanted slim girls in the past. And vice versa.
Looks aside, it is not healthy to be very fat. Have some discipline, kick the lazy aspect of your personality in the ass and start eating more healthy + start exercising. You don't need to pay for gym, plenty of youtube videos about exercising at home without any equipment.
