Men have a refractory period after orgasm that makes it extremely difficult to maintain an erection after orgasm that persists for a minimum of a few minutes and a maximum of up to a day depending on several factors. During this time, penetration isn't possible so if a guy wants to please a woman with penetration, he has to do it up until the point of orgasm generally.

After orgasm, he must resort to other methods of pleasuring her if he is to continue. Therefore, for a guy, if he doesn't put his partner's orgasm first, he runs the risk of not being able to as easily assist her in reaching her orgasm.

When I reach that moment of sexual ecstasy, and ejaculate, I immediately lose all sexual energy that I just had. So, I know that if I cum first, I'm going to have no desire to continue anything sexually, meaning I don't want to pleasure the girl I'm with.

So, it only makes sense that she cums first and experiences that sexual pleasure while I still have that sexual energy within me.
