A few reasons:
One, some people are new to the website. New users are more likely to be unaware of the search feature and/or the fact that penis size questions were asked numerous times. Two, some users might want to receive more recent answers from currently online users rather than look up old answers that could be potentially outdated. Three, different users have different opinions on penis size. The opinions of the users that answered previous questions might not match the opinions people of the people that could answer a newer question. Four, not everybody has the exact same size or shaped penis. For example, a guy could have a 7.4-inch long and 5.8-inch thick penis with an upward curve that angles to the left. Other men that asked penis size questions might not have a penis of this exact size and shape. A man might want recent opinions from women on what they think about a penis of that size and shape and how sex would feel with it. This is a website devoted to asking the opposite gender questions. One shouldn't be surprised that men asking women about penis size would be extremely frequent on this website.
I don't blame the questions, I blame the lame answers. If there were decent answers, I think the question would go away.
Mostly those people who ask these questions are just some virgins who are scared of getting rejected by girls and they mostly lie about the size and they think girls gonna compliment them instantly and want to have sex with them
People will tend to keep asking the same questions if they don't get good enough answers the first time around.

Everyone is going to have a boob size preference, but it probably just doesn't matter all the much. It's more about the person. So when you say it doesn't matter, in reality it does, but not much.
