Why do people want someone with a low body count but they themselves are nasty and sleeps around?

Egos can be quite fragile. My boyfriend slept with probably hundreds of women (many he paid for) and I've slept with 8 dudes. My body count pales in comparison to his and so I don't delude myself into thinking that im the best he's ever had. He did however assume he was the best I ever had. Breaking the news to him that he infact didn't even come close to being the best, ruined him for about 2 weeks. He felt that I was saying because he wasn't bad that I just put up with him sexually. Not the case at all. I explained to him that the best guy I ever had was also into the same fetishes I was and so performed better in my view. Since my boyfriend doesn't like what I like he doesn't stack up as well. I learned that men have very fragile egos and expect that because they have had lots of women that they should be the best in bed. On the plus side our sex life has really improved 👌

Insecurity, the idea is that if you get with a woman who has had few, or no partners she has less chance to cheat. Though regardless of your past, if you're a cheater, you will do so regardless.

Also too many sources of unrealistic expectations, Tate, fresh and fit, harem isekais, there are so so many that will cater to men on that note, especially men who aren't able to have a relationship, and will readily offer that up as an excuse for why they can't.

Where for women you have more soap operas, the view, and BL catering to them. They're both just as improbable. Same audience, different gender.

I simply don't ask how many people my partners have been with. If it's something they want to talk about, I guess they have a reason for it? Who they were is far less important than who they are, and are trying to be, especially towards me. STD tests are quick to get anyway, with the HIV ones being like 40 bucks at walgreens with 5 minute results.

Everyone wants the best partner they can get. No one thinks "I'm only a 6 so I will make sure I never date anyone who's a 7 or higher. And yes, you body count definitely factors into your rating as a woman.

Here's the problem. Men hold women to a higher standard when it comes to promiscuity. Said another way, women don't hold men to a high standard for promiscuity. As a result, men with higher body counts often end up with women with lower body counts. Because they can... because women allow it.

So the real question here is... why do women have such low standards on male promiscuity? Why don't you raise your standards? Because I can promise you men are not going to lower theirs.
