Why do so many people already have a sex toy at a really young age?

I am 20 and I do not have a sex toy (yet), because I still live at home.
I'll buy one, once I have moved out of my parents house.
I think this is reasonable, but it seems like I am quite late to the party.

Apparently, a lot of teens already have sex toys at the ages of 15 or even 12 years old.
At that age I did not even think about sex toys.

I wonder how do they get these toys? From their parents? They are after all underaged.

  • This mainly depends on the relationship between the child/teen and the adults that surround them. Some kids have really good relationships with their parents/Aunts/Uncles where they actually talk about that stuff and the parents/aunts/uncles will help them attain their toy.
    Personally, I wish growing up that I had someone who I was close enough to talk to about that kind of stuff, but I didn't get so lucky.   • My thoughts are teens should learn to masturbate without any toys first and once they master this then add a simple toy like a simple masturbation sleeve for boys and a small vibrator for girls.
