Some people only consider vaginal penetration by a penis to be actual sex. I would say that if you’ve scissored or been anally or vaginally penetrated by a penis then you’ve lost your virginity. I don’t count the other things you listed.

Because of societal pressure contradicting with the truth of sex being enjoyable.
