Two instances that spring to mind. One is reduced protection if that's relevant.

The other and more likely one: Imagine you're dancing. You're swirling, hair flying, spinning in circles. Nearly fall over with a wink between you both and then pulled right back up into it again. Now, lets say you're there wanting to spin around and feel free and your partner pulls you into a slow dance. Oh sure, you probably like that too but you wanted to swirl and spin.

I think most guys like it though. Just like most dancers love the sudden intimacy and closeness as you come near and slow it down for a second. But it is a dance, still have to lead and follow not force it.

Maybe they feel like they won’t be able to pull out in time or that you’ll hold him in when he cums to get pregnant. I usually like it though and use a condom so it doesn’t matter
