Why do some guys get harder than others?

And for the guys who only get medium hard even when they are really aroused, does it make it harder for them to cum? I've met two guys in the past few years who just never get that hard. They are definitely turned on but to me they feel half as hard as other guys. Also both of these guys happen to take FOREVER to cum...so I'm wondering if there is a connection.

I have days where I have trouble getting hard like today and it definitely increases the time necessary for orgasm. That being said, it can vary. Sometimes you're so aroused you start f***ing or pumping before you've reached full erection, and it literally makes it harder for your heart to fill the erectile tissue completely (only in very sudden cases). We just have enough blood to run our penis and brain one at a time, so if his mind is somewhere else and not on his penis than his erection will also be some what undesirable.

It sometimes also depends on the guys health and at what time you are having sex.

Because a penis getting hard has to do with blood flow and quantity some guys with a huge penis are sometimes not near as hard due to not enough blood to stretch it all that hard.
