Why do some guys try to promote this stereotype?

I think it's very toxic how some men say teenagers would have sex with any woman out there regardless of how they look or how old she is. I think this goes for the minority only.

This is wrong in my experience, and many boys have standards and wouldn't just have sex with anyone, unless they were groomed or manipulated.

Anyone thinks this is really toxic?
