Because not all men want to get married or kiss a woman's ass. There's nothing wrong with only wanting sex with a woman, and women do the same thing to men. That's called lust and no one is obligated to repress their lust for another, unless they're at work or some other professional setting. Not every man is obligated to "put a ring on it."

As for "disrespect?" That's an individual problem unrelated to lust. Most people can lust for someone without being rude about it.
