I have seen some women have small and some women have quite large Areolas, How does it happen? Recently I saw My Mom topless when she was changing, and she too have a very large Areolas ! Does it depend on Race? or Genes? or on Boobs size?
It’s mostly just genetics. Aesthetically speaking, every woman’s body is so very unique. That’s the beauty of the female gender. There is such a uniqueness to every woman. That’s why I find it so sad that so many women are self-conscious nowadays because they have been made to believe by peer pressure and pop culture that their body and every aspect of it should fit within a certain fictitious standard. There is no standard of beauty because no woman was made to look the same as the next. Believe it or not, the Areola has function. It functions as sensory for the benefit of the child who is nursing. The Areolas make contact with the child’s saliva and sample the nutrient levels of the child. If the child is too low in a certain element, mineral, or fatty acid, the mother’s body will sense that using the Areolas and therefore make adjustments to the nutrient contents produced by the mammary glands.
So Mostly in genetics and My Mom too have huge Areolas so does it mean My sister will also have a large Areolas? Can you DM me?
Indeed, aureolas of women's breasts differ very much from one individual to another, the same way breasts exist in an incredible variety of sizes and shapes. I would think it’s a genetic thing. The areola size definitely doesn’t depend on race. Women have big areolas to make it easier for newborns to to know where to latch on
I think it's just genetics. I noticed some women might get slightly larger nipples and areolas post pregnancy, could be due to breast feeding, but it really depends on the woman.
