I noticed I sometimes run across couples like this in my small city. I think it’s awkward as hell being near them because they just stare, and don’t say anything lol. Might be the age difference is too big to have anything in common… But anyways, I’ve heard it’s harder for older men to keep an erection due to age. So why do women like that?
I think/believes it goes all the way back to the time when we lived in caves give this some thought
You take two kids one male one female they grow and become of age now the male wants the female but he is young and weak and stupid he doesn't understand that a female needs a male to provide and protect now the dominant male understands this and takes the female for himself because the boy isn't strong enough and wise enough to do anything about it 20 years pass now the boy has grown he is stronger and wiser able to find enough food and the dominant make has become old and thd boy defeats the him and takes his position but all the females his age are used up they've had lot of kids so he takes the younger females from the previous dominant male it also reduces inbreeding and this system works well for the survival of the species now in modern day survival isn't the major factor in our decision making but the sub consists core thinking or instinct is still there

1. Because with age often comes financial clout. Women are often mercenary, or if they are looking to settle down and have a kid or two, the financially reliable older man as husband is ideal.
2. Because with age often comes confidence, or more accurately, less self-consciousness. The older a man gets, the less he cares about rejection from women.
3. As for erections, this really isn't a problem for men who take care of themselves at age 40, and even if it becomes so at age 60, well, that's why Viagra (originally a heart medication) was such a serendipity and then came Cialis after that. We now even have cheap generic equivalents of both as the patents have lapsed.
1 and 2 is sometimes true, sometimes isn’t. Depends on the person.
I’ve been looking into starting to date older men, not because I feel attracted to that or whatever, but because a bigger portion of them serm interested in, some even desperate for, settling down. The biggest reason though, I feel like I’d be more likely find a provider of I look for an older man. I wanna be a stay at home mom and later on just a housewife. I expect my man to be a provider and for him to think it’s normal and natural, his natural role. I feel there are probably fewer men my age who’d be interested and willing to commit to that. So yeah, number 1 reason for me: Money/being provided for and the second reason for me: They seem more interested to deop all bullshit with games and what not and just commit, because they’re starting to feel old and getting desperate for a family. There are lots of them on dating sites.
That’s fair I guess because even though I make more than enough for a family. I like having money to myself, and still living a bachelor lifestyle. So I like sleeping new women a lot more than just sticking to one chick my entire life….
I’ve always liked older men. I don’t have a “reason” per se. It’s just a preference.

I take care of myself and I’m in great health. In fact I’m in better health than most 20 year olds now as well as my previous 20 year old self because I changed my diet to wholesome over processed junk and much of the store purchased food.
As for why some younger women date/marry men in their 40’s is because a good portion of men that age know how to treat a woman respectfully, open doors, and they want marriage and family. Men in this age group are still more likely to be traditional, mature, responsible, and romantic which is an attractive proposition for a younger woman who values these attributes but she has limited pickings of these types of guys in a younger age group.
I don't get this either. I prefer being with a guy that dick still works and has energy to have fun together.
When I was 15 I was having sex with 35 year olds. When I was 18 I was having sex with 40 Yr olds. They are more experienced and mature and In my experience, they had all ready done the family thing and had kids so they just wanted sex which suited me. There is no problem with them getting an erection at that age.

Probably a very true statement. I have to confess, that I had no good direction, nor plan for moving ahead in career or my life. I am surprised that SOME men did/do and got very well established at an early age.
